An Ayurveda consultation takes into account all these different aspects of an individual and tailors a unique healing program to bring into balance the being and to give simple daily practices to maintain this balance and well being In this world of complexity and choice I bring a simplicity to life thru Ayurveda. Connecting the elemental self to being in balance, health and harmony with your true nature on a daily basis.
Cancellation Policy
Here's some information you should know before coming in: Before your treatment, it is best to be on a light or empty stomach. On the day of the Abhyanga, please avoid caffeine and alcohol. If you are in day 1-3 of menses please reschedule. When having Abhyanga please wear underwear you don't mind getting oily. It is best to shower within 1-2 hours after an Abhyanga. This is because the oil pulls the toxins out of your body to the surface of your skin and should be washed off. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little oily afterward. It is recommended to take off all jewellery (as much as possible), Please do not suppress natural urges, ever. Especially during treatments. If you have a fever or are not feeling 100%, menstruating, or pregnant, please notify us well before your treatment to assess the necessary course of action. After your treatment please be gentle with yourself to allow the integration. An echo of three days is standard for bodywork treatments. It is highly recommended (*if possible) to have a quiet schedule after the treatment, please stay well hydrated, out of the wind and direct sunlight and prioritise your sleep.
